Our providers have a unique connection to the special needs community and offer specialized services to Special Olympic athletes. The wellness programs created by the nurse practitioner team targets improving the health of the special needs community while inspiring everyone to take a stand for their health. The practice offers wellness, primary care, aesthetic, and concierge healthcare at an affordable and accessible price.
We are on a mission to change the world through positive and results driven healthcare and wellness.
Yvette Guzman
Yvette is a certified adult and gerontology nurse practitioner that graduated with her Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2010, Masters degree in Nursing from the University of Tampa in 2014, and received her Doctorate in Nursing at the University of Tampa in December 2022. She has worked in critical care, hospital medicine, cardiology, case management, utilization management, and population health. She has a passion for improving care of special needs and vulnerable populations and has transitioned to primary care to improve the prevention of chronic diseases and improve the quality of life of her patients.
She practices with the belief that every patient is her own family and goes the extra mile to coordinate care, decrease barriers and complexity for patients and families in navigating the healthcare system, and personalizing a wellness plan that gets you feeling your best.
In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and volunteering with special needs organizations. She created this practice as she saw the need of the special needs community through her volunteer experience with the Special Olympics. Serving this community inspired her to create a better system for them and everyone to access care and create wellness that is often viewed as elusive or not available to all. She wants everyone to have the access to the highest quality of care so they can reach their highest potential. The practice has grown and has tailored programs for every individual. Yvette is most passionate about continuing to grow the practice and develop new programs that meet the patients needs and giving back to the community.


Miranda Panetta
Miranda is a family nurse practitioner that graduated with her master’s degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville Ohio in 2014 and her doctorate degree from The University of North Florida in 2020. She started out working in the inpatient setting in the field of cardiology for 7 years prior to transitioning to primary practice. She has been in primary practice since 2020.
Her belief is to treat others how you would want to be treated and how you would want your family members to be cared for. She strives to provide high quality and compassionate care to her clients. She has been married since 2019 and has two children, a daughter and a son, who are her world. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, going to the beach, and anything Disney related. She also enjoys traveling and especially enjoys traveling to Ohio to visit with her family.
She will be participating in mobile and tele health primary care, chronic care management, transitional care management, and provides services for esthetics. Esthetic services include Botulinum toxic and Dermal Filer treatments.
Melissa
Melissa is an adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner. She graduated with her master’s degree from The University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida, in 2015 and her doctorate in nursing practice from Aspen University in Aspen, Colorado, in 2022. She was a registered nurse for 26 years before transitioning into advanced practice.
Over the course of her nursing career, she has provided care to patients in the emergency room, pediatrics, labor & delivery, high-risk obstetrics, operating room, public health, telemetry, and home health care. She specializes in primary care in the community health setting and is passionate about providing care for vulnerable populations. She believes health promotion is the key to improving the health and quality of life of her patients. She feels that spending time building relationships with patients will facilitate an understanding of their health and treatment plan and will enhance their knowledge leading to more self-confidence in their care and a sense of well-being.
She was born and raised in the hills of West Virginia and moved to Florida 10 years ago. She married her high school sweetheart and has been married for 36 years. She has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in free clinics, both nationally and internationally, to provide healthcare care to the less fortunate. She also enjoys running, kayaking, hiking, skiing, playing with her grandkids, and participating in activities at her church.
She will be participating in both mobile visits and telehealth, providing primary care to the adult patient population at Olive Health.


Lorena
Lorena is a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Keiser University in Tampa, FL in 2021. Originally from New York City, Lorena decided to transition within the medical field to nursing and moved to Tampa in 2013 to start her journey. Since then, she has worked as a surgical oncology nurse for over 4 years, prior to her transition into Mobile Primary Care.
Lorena has always had a heart for service, and believes compassionate care is essential in the medical field. Her dedication to her patients is shown through her ability to connect with and build positive rapport with a diverse range of clients. Being bilingual has allowed Lorena to bridge communication barriers in care, and positively impact health outcomes within the community. She is passionate about health and wellness and is dedicated to continual learning and training. Lorena is a loving military wife and mother to a beautiful daughter. Her family is her center, and she enjoys every moment she’s able to spend with them. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling.
Lorena will be participating in Tele-health Primary Care and Chronic Care Management.
Courtney
Courtney is a Florida native. She grew up in Pinellas County and attended Osceola middle and Osceola High school in Seminole Florida. She graduated from USF where majored in public health as well as biomedical sciences. She earned a graduate certificate in developmental disabilities in her gap year and worked as a nanny for a Tampa Bay Rays player prior to applying to PA school.
She also worked as a tech for Baycare health system primarily at Morton plant hospital. Courtney graduated from Barry university Physician Assistant program with a Master of Medical Sciences in 2018. She was the president of her PA school class.
She worked as a hospitalist PA for the first 2.5 years of her career. She then began working as both a hospitalist PA and on behavioral health unit. She enjoys exercising, eating sushi, and spending time with
her husband John and 2-year-old son in her free time.


Laurel
Laurel has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 8 years. Laurel got her Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2003 at the University of South Florida and Master's in Social work at University of Central Florida in 2008. She received her LCSW in 2014.
Laurel has over 18 years of experience. In the beginning of her career, she worked with the mental health population, assisting with housing, counseling, and vocational services. She has worked with dialysis patients. Most of her career has been in healthcare, specifically working with patients in complex situations, trauma patients, orthopedic and Neurosurgical patients. Laurel has a passion for empowering individuals to be their very best, while providing supportive and nurturing care.
Laurel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially at the beach and trying new restaurants. Many weekends are spent at the baseball field with her husband and 2 boys, ages 5 and 8. Her oldest son is on a travel baseball team and Laurel enjoys cheering on the boys and team that have become a family. Her youngest also plays and is becoming quite the player. Other weekends are spent at home cooking, going to the park, and watching football. They also have their family pet Sadie.
Lisa
Lisa is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her master’s degree from Chamberlain University in 2022. Additionally, she holds two baccalaureate degree in nursing and psychology, both completed at the University of South Florida. GO BULLS! During her 13-year nursing career, Lisa has worked in many areas of nursing, including Critical Care and Cardiac services.
She strives to care for each patient as if they were her own family.
Lisa is a Florida native, born and raised in Tampa Bay. Her husband is also a nurse and they have two young children who keep them active and busy. In her free time, Lisa, and her family love to go camping, go to the beach, and hiking through a variety of Florida State Parks.
Lisa completed her graduate clinical rotation with Olive Health and realized how unique and valuable Olives Health’s services are to the community. With personal experience helping
individuals with medical complexities, Lisa understands the importance of providing compassionate care to each of her patients. It is her passion to give back in an immeasurable
way.


Danielle
Danielle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner that graduated with her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Pasco-Hernando State College in 2019. She then graduated with her Master’s in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She has worked in the acute care setting with a background in emergency/trauma care for 6 years prior to transitioning to primary care. Danielle has over 10 years of clinical experience providing care to patients with diverse needs. She strives to provide quality evidence-based care to all her patients.
She has been married since 2019 and has two young boys. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, and boating.
She will be practicing in mobile and telehealth primary care.
Cristina Arroyo
Cristina is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, entrepreneur, fitness enthusiast, manifestress, cancer warrior, and native New
Yorker. The vision behind her brand is to enlighten people that you can manifest your desires and reach optimal health. The ultimate goal is to seek to achieve WELLness instead of treat Illness.
Being diagnosed with NET disease prompted Cristina to explore the world of functional medicine, holistic health, and mindset restoration. She received her nursing training over a decade ago from the University of Central Florida and worked for several years in a variety of clinical settings. In addition to her masters degree in Family Nurse Practitioner she has an MSN in Nursing Education from Nova Southeastern University.


Amanda Baez
Amanda was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. She has a professional background in General Aviation for the past 15 years, as a customer service representative and aviation dispatcher. She is currently working as an office administrator to organize patient visits, managing records, m and assist with patient intake. She enjoys cooking, gardening and traveling with my husband and children. “My family means the world to me.”
